Product Overview

The XRNM1 series high voltage fuse is a professional current-limiting protective component specifically designed for medium-voltage motor protection in 3.6kV-12kV AC power systems (50Hz). It is mainly used for short-circuit and overload protection of medium-voltage motors, as well as protection of related auxiliary equipment in motor circuits. With its excellent current-limiting performance, high breaking capacity, and precise fusing characteristics, it can quickly cut off fault currents in milliseconds, effectively protecting motors from damage caused by short-circuit currents and overloads, and ensuring the safe and continuous operation of the entire motor drive system. It is widely applied in industrial and mining enterprises, chemical plants, power plants, and other scenarios with medium-voltage motor equipment.

Professional Motor Protection Design: Specifically developed for medium-voltage motor circuits, it can withstand the 7-10 times rated current starting impact of motors without misoperation, while providing reliable protection against short-circuit and overload faults.
High Breaking Capacity: Adopts advanced current-limiting structure with a rated breaking capacity of 40kA-50kA, which can quickly limit fault currents to a safe range before the peak value, minimizing the impact of short-circuit currents on motors and power grids.
Low Arc Voltage & High Safety: The arc voltage generated during breaking is low, and it will not damage the insulation of the system. It can be used in systems lower than the rated voltage (e.g., 12kV fuses for 7.2kV systems) with high safety.
Durable Ceramic Structure: The outer tube is made of high-strength alumina ceramic, which has excellent high-temperature resistance, pressure resistance, and insulation performance. It can withstand the high temperature and pressure generated during arc extinction, ensuring long service life.
Easy Installation & Wide Compatibility: Designed for indoor cabinet installation, with compact structure and standardized size, suitable for most medium-voltage switchgears and motor control cabinets. Factory-calibrated, no additional adjustment is required during installation.
