Adopts split pole layout and mature spring operating mechanism to guarantee stable operation without jamming. The vertical magnetic field vacuum interrupter provides outstanding short-circuit breaking capacity.
Fully sealed integral design, no regular disassembly, lubrication or routine maintenance required, effectively cutting later operation and maintenance costs.
Mechanical service life reaches 10,000 times, and the rated short-circuit breaking cycle can be realized 30 times, supporting long-term continuous outdoor operation.

Motor torque drives small gear, transmits power to main shaft large sprocket, rotates knee arm to compress and charge closing spring. The limit switch cuts off motor power automatically once charging completes.
Rotate manual operation shaft to transfer torque through gear set, drive knee arm and finish closing spring charging manually.
After receiving closing signal, closing electromagnetic core lifts to shift release lever, rotates closing half shaft counterclockwise and unlocks closing latch. Cam impacts swing arm and transmits force through connecting rod to complete closing action. Manual closing function works with the same mechanical logic via shifting fork rotation.
After spring energy release and closing completion, the mechanism recharges automatically. Under energy-charged closing state, the breaker can perform one-time auto-reclosing once receiving valid reclosing signal.
Upon opening signal input, opening electromagnetic core pushes release lever upward to rotate opening half shaft, unlocking opening latch. Driven by opening spring, swing arm rotates counterclockwise to finish opening. Manual opening shares identical mechanical principle via shifting fork.
When over-current flows through over-current release, electromagnetic tripping component pushes tripping lever to rotate opening half shaft, triggering opening action and cutting off faulty circuit automatically.
