{"id":2148,"date":"2022-03-25T12:07:15","date_gmt":"2022-03-25T04:07:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wolunelectric.com\/?p=2148"},"modified":"2022-03-25T12:07:18","modified_gmt":"2022-03-25T04:07:18","slug":"classification-of-zinc-oxide-arresters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wolunelectric.com\/vi\/classification-of-zinc-oxide-arresters\/","title":{"rendered":"Classification of Zinc Oxide Arresters"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The development and production of zinc oxide arresters in China have now formed a large-scale production system.&nbsp;In the development stage of introducing, digesting and transplanting foreign advanced technologies, a series of products with their own independent intellectual property rights have been developed and some of them have reached the international advanced level and are in line with international standards to participate in the competition in the international market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Arresters produced in China can be classified into below categories:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. According to the voltage level<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zinc oxide arresters are classified according to the rated voltage and can be divided into three categories;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1. High voltage category; <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>it refers to the series of zinc oxide arresters with a level of 66KV or above, which can be roughly divided into four levels: 500kV, 220kV, 110kV, and 66kV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2. Medium voltage category;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p> it refers to the series of zinc oxide arresters in the range of 3kV ~ 66kV (excluding 66kV series products), which can be roughly divided into four voltage levels: 3kV, 6kV, 10kV and 35KV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.3. By structure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zinc oxide arresters can be divided into two categories according to their structure;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.1. Porcelain Housing;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p> Porcelain Housed\u00a0zinc oxide arrester is divided into four grades according to the pollution resistance performance, grade I is ordinary type, grade II is used in moderately polluted areas (the creepage distance is 20mm\/KV), and grade III is used In heavily polluted areas (the creepage distance is 25mm\/kV), and Class IV is used in the extremely polluted area (the creepage distance is 31mm\/kV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.2. Composite Housing;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p> composite housed&nbsp;zinc oxide arrester is made of composite silicon rubber material as housing, and high-performance zinc oxide resistor block&nbsp;is selected. The interior adopts special structure and is assembled with advanced technology.
