High voltage polymer suspension insulators available in 12kV, 15kV, 24kV, 33kV, and 36kV ratings.
Featuring HTV silicone rubber housing and FRP core rod for excellent insulation, pollution resistance, and mechanical strength.
High Voltage Polymer Suspension Insulator is a composite insulator designed for overhead distribution and transmission lines.
Manufactured with a high-strength fiberglass reinforced epoxy (FRP) core rod, HTV silicone rubber housing, and hot-dip galvanized steel end fittings, it provides excellent electrical insulation, superior pollution resistance, and high mechanical strength.
Compared with traditional porcelain insulators, polymer suspension insulators are lighter, safer, and easier to install.

The weather sheds are molded from premium HTV silicone rubber, providing excellent hydrophobicity and contamination resistance in coastal, industrial, and desert environments.
The fiberglass reinforced epoxy core delivers exceptional tensile strength while maintaining lightweight construction and excellent insulation properties.
Hot-dip galvanized forged steel fittings ensure reliable mechanical connections and superior corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor service.
The silicone rubber surface maintains long-term hydrophobicity, reducing leakage current and minimizing flashover risks under contaminated conditions.
Up to 80% lighter than comparable porcelain insulators, reducing transportation, installation, and maintenance costs.
Designed to withstand conductor tension, wind loads, vibration, and severe weather conditions.
Unlike porcelain insulators, polymer insulators do not shatter, improving operational safety and reducing maintenance risks.
Outstanding resistance to UV radiation, ozone, moisture, salt fog, and environmental aging ensures reliable long-term performance.
