FZSW High Voltage Polymer Post Insulator is a composite station post insulator designed for medium-voltage distribution systems, substations, switchgear, and outdoor electrical equipment.<\/p>\n

Constructed with a fiberglass reinforced epoxy (FRP) core rod, HTV silicone rubber housing, and hot-dip galvanized metal fittings, it provides excellent electrical insulation, high mechanical strength, and superior performance in polluted and harsh environments.<\/p>\n

3. Os encaixes das extremidades s\u00e3o crimpados na haste de fibra de vidro com um crimpador do tipo deslocamento operado por voz. Os isoladores com essa t\u00e9cnica de crimpagem t\u00eam alta resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica e pequena dispers\u00e3o. Utilizando a mais avan\u00e7ada t\u00e9cnica de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o global autom\u00e1tica e o m\u00e9todo de conex\u00e3o de crimpagem para produ\u00e7\u00e3o e montagem, todo o procedimento de crimpagem \u00e9 controlado por computador e o resultado da crimpagem \u00e9 monitorado por um detector ultrass\u00f4nico para garantir que cada produto seja qualificado.<\/p>\n
