FZSW High Voltage Polymer Post Insulator is a composite station post insulator designed for medium-voltage distribution systems, substations, switchgear, and outdoor electrical equipment.<\/p>\n

Constructed with a fiberglass reinforced epoxy (FRP) core rod, HTV silicone rubber housing, and hot-dip galvanized metal fittings, it provides excellent electrical insulation, high mechanical strength, and superior performance in polluted and harsh environments.<\/p>\n

Caracter\u00edsticas<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. La carcasa de caucho de silicona se moldea mediante inyecci\u00f3n. Tiene buena hidrofobicidad, migraci\u00f3n de hidrofobicidad y resistencia al suelo, as\u00ed como excelentes propiedades de aislamiento el\u00e9ctrico y resistencia al envejecimiento, lo que podr\u00eda prevenir eficazmente los accidentes de flashover contaminaci\u00f3n a fin de garantizar el funcionamiento seguro de las l\u00edneas de transmisi\u00f3n de alta tensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

2. La varilla de resina epoxi reforzada con fibra de vidrio ECR modificada se utiliza porque tiene buena resistencia a las altas temperaturas, a la corrosi\u00f3n y al ataque \u00e1cido, as\u00ed como una fina acci\u00f3n amortiguadora, alta resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n (> 1200Mpa) y resistencia a la fluencia y a la fatiga, lo que garantiza eficazmente la calidad del aislamiento interno y la resistencia mec\u00e1nica de los aisladores.<\/p>\n

3. Los terminales se engarzan en la varilla de fibra de vidrio con una engarzadora de desplazamiento accionado por voz. Los aisladores con esta t\u00e9cnica de engaste tienen una alta resistencia mec\u00e1nica y una peque\u00f1a dispersi\u00f3n. Para la producci\u00f3n y el ensamblaje se utiliza la t\u00e9cnica de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica m\u00e1s avanzada y el m\u00e9todo de conexi\u00f3n de prensado, y todo el procedimiento de prensado se controla por ordenador y el resultado del prensado se supervisa mediante un detector ultras\u00f3nico para garantizar la calidad de cada producto.<\/p>\n
