The LK 70/20-III and LKK 70/20-III are 20kV 70kN composite suspension insulators designed for overhead power lines.
Manufactured with high-quality silicone rubber sheds and fiberglass core rods, they provide excellent mechanical strength, superior pollution resistance, low maintenance, and long-term outdoor reliability.
Linear suspension rod polymer insulators of the LK 70/20 and LKK 70/20 types are designed for the insulation and fastening of wires and ground wires of overhead power lines and busbars of switchgear at power plants and AC substations with voltages up to 20 kV.
These insulators can be used in both support and tension insulator hangers. LKK insulators , which are resistant to acid corrosion, are manufactured using an ECR fiberglass rod , which is used to prevent insulator failure due to acid corrosion of the rod in cases of depressurization of the protective shell due to vandalism or careless handling. Thus, LKK insulators offer increased resistance to vandalism and, accordingly, greater reliability.
