• Precise & Reliable Protection: Equipped with a precision-calibrated melt that matches the operating characteristics of power capacitors, ensuring sensitive response to fault currents without misoperation under normal working conditions. It can reliably disconnect any fault current between small breaking current and rated breaking current to avoid fault expansion.
• High-Quality Construction: Adopts cylindrical structure with optional ceramic or fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) outer tube, filled with high-purity quartz sand as arc-extinguishing medium for rapid arc extinction and reliable current limiting performance. The fuse body is made of high-quality epoxy resin and FRP materials, ensuring durability and long service life.
• Easy Installation & Maintenance: Designed for indoor and cabinet installation, with compact structure and light weight, enabling easy installation and replacement. Factory-calibrated, no additional adjustment is required during installation; the spring-loaded striker has large contact area and small pressure, avoiding damage to switch contact surfaces during interlock triggering.
• Safe Design: The tail wire design ensures safe disconnection during fusing, pulling the tail wire into the recovery pipe by the spring to avoid contact with the cabinet door and shell. It also prevents force from being applied to capacitor terminals during installation, protecting the capacitor from damage.
• Wide Compatibility & Customization: Supports a full range of specifications and non-standard customization to meet specific application needs. Compliant with international standard IEC 60282-1 and national standard GB/T 15166.2, with RoHS compliance available for some models.
